OUR STORY

It all starts with an idea

After getting initial traction, CK established Aventuri Technology Enterprise Bhd with his cousin in Malaysia which would become the company that would be sourcing all the sales and Gokul would establish Data Equinox Ltd in India which would do all the engineering work. A year later, CK would go ahead and establish Ventuplex Pty Ltd in Singapore which would act as the main holding company for the overall business.

Our company was started by our founder Chee Kent Lam in early 2020 as a result of his idea of establishing a unique software technology business. He believed that many talented people that are working at companies these days are not being appreciated for the work done and therefore could not produce their best work and saw a way to fix it. He convinced his partner Gokul whom he was working together on a project to start the business as both were feeling office politics was preventing them from doing good work.

Today, our team has grown to 20, and we have worked on several projects and managed to be self sustaining after only 2 years and we have continued to grow rapidly ever since. However, Our mission, vision, and values remained unchanged over the years.

Worked at UBS Proprietary Trading Desk on algorithmic trading systems for over 9 years and later became Chief Architect of Bitflyer Lightning Exchange system which is one of Japan largest cryptocurrency exchanges. From there he was invited to join SBI BITS and later SBI Virtual Currencies to build out a new cryptocurrency exchange as Chief of Digital Assets. He has vast experience in digital finance and financial systems for over 20 years.
